On the 9th of January we had a talk with Anne Hall who is a nutritionist. she taught us all parts of nutrition including the benefits of having a good breakfast. she also showed us the new and improved food pyramid that we all should be following as part of a balanced diet.
Anne discussed nutritional information of the foods we love as a teenager like the chicken rolls from the deli from our local supermarkets. she also discussed portion sizes by showing us different sized plates.
She also told us about the 'super foods ' that help us maintain a healthy body and lifestyle.
over all i enjoyed Anne Hall but i did know a lot of the information from junior certificate home economics.
